Policy Statement Regarding Madison Bead Society Membership List(s):
Use of the Madison Bead Society (MBS) membership list (both email and street address) is solely for the purpose of disseminating MBS-related information to dues-paying members of the Society.  The MBS membership list is not to be used by the MBS Board for the distribution of sales and/or show information on behalf of bead vendors and/or other related businesses unless the Society is an active participant (has its own table) at the show or venue in question.  Nothing in this policy is meant to prohibit individual MBS members from sharing information about shows/sales or vendors with other members of the Society via email or as an announcement at a monthly meeting.
