Meeting Time:

The Madison Bead Society meets the 4th Tuesday of each month (except in December and January) from 6:30 to 8:30 - unless otherwise noted.  Officers meet at 6:00 on meeting nights; all members are welcome to attend

Meeting Place

 We try to alternate between the east and west side of Madison.  Some meetings are held at local libraries and some at local bead stores. 

Guest (First-time attendee):

 

First meeting: no charge
Subsequent meetings: $5.00 each

Program Notes

 Meetings may consist of sharing projects and problems, or just sit and bead, or include a more formal program (instructions for a beading project or a presentation). Some meetings may require advance reservations and/or an instruction fee.  Supplies needed for a meeting's project will be listed with the event details.

Programs we are working on for 2020 will include bead loom, bead embroidery, and wire work primer (possibly with wig-jig)

Program: Bead Loom

Instructor: Mary Jo Schiavoni. 

Supplies:  Bead loom, beading thread (Nymo will work), size 10 beading needle, 3 colors of seed beads either size 8 or 10 (if you have not done bead looming before, use size 8; if you have some experience with bead loom, you can mix sizes)
